Can you help us with old photos, newspaper cuttings or memories?  It’s Milton Keynes Labour Party’s 100th birthday next year and we are asking for help in gathering together reminders of our achievements and activity over the years.

We’d like to gather together all the information we can about the first 100 years of our history and are asking local residents to let us know if they have any items that relate to what we’ve achieved in our first century here.

In that time we’ve had thousands of people involved in what we do.  Supporters, community activists, elected representatives and even a few employees.   Collectively we’ve achieved a huge amount for Milton Keynes and we’re using this opportunity to try and remember some of what we’ve done.

If you have photographs, video footage or other records of Labour Party events, of our previous MPs, MEPs, Mayors or Councillors we’d love to have a copy.

If you have a particular memory of how the Labour Party helped you then we’d love to hear what difference we made to you or your area.

If you, or a member of your family, were involved in our activity in the past we’d love for you to get back in touch.

We are hoping to use the information and any documents we gather through this process to record our impact in time for our centenary celebrations next year and will be very grateful for any contribution.

Please send any information by email to “MKLabour100@outlook.com” or post documents to us at our New Bradwell address marking the package “MKLabour100”
