Poor and inconsiderate parking is a major concern of residents across West Bletchley.

Last Tuesday, West Bletchley Parish Council established a Parking subcommittee bringing together the:

  • Parish Council
  • West Bletchley Community Forum
  • Bletchley Park Area Residents Association
  • Bletchley Park and West Councillors

The Parish Council elected Local Councillor Elaine Wales to lead the subcommittee and its work on parking across West Bletchley, including the current two ongoing public consultations on parking in Sherwood Drive and around the Bletchley Train station.

Cllr Elaine Wales said: “I am pleased that we have established the subcommittee. I want to see the widest community involvement possible as parking is a major local concern. My central message is get involved. We can only sort these problems out by working together.”
