Emily Orchard
Candidate for Stantonbury Ward
I grew up in Milton Keynes, where I attended Stantonbury Campus school and sixth form. I’m now raising my own family here as it’s a brilliant place to live. I want to continue to see it offer all the facilities and opportunities that residents need and which a Labour-run Council can achieve.
I’m honoured to work as a Fundraiser for local charity Willen Hospice, where I strive to ensure that we can secure the future of the vital services our amazing local hospice provides. I want to do the same for Stantonbury Ward, working closely with residents to make sure your voices are heard, you get the representation you deserve on local issues and delivery on the services you need.
For too long communities have been left behind. Labour voices will fight for a better future, for decent housing, our NHS and schools. Over the coming months I’ll be visiting all areas of the ward with current Labour Councillors for our area, Martin Petchey and Hannah Minns. I can’t wait to chat with residents and play whatever role I can in making our community the very best it can be. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch using my details to the right.
