Hello! I am your new LGBTQ+ Officer for Milton Keynes, and I can’t wait to start hearing from you with your concerns and advice regarding LGBTQ+ visibility and activity in Milton Keynes, and how your Labour Party can work for you to ensure your conviviality across MK.
I grew up in West London and arrived in Stony Stratford a year ago, via Durham (BA) and Essex (MA) Universities. I identify as Bisexual, so it’s amazing to be elected during Bi-Awareness week. I live with my partner, Eliza (a dance teacher) and currently work in the arts on a freelance basis, though I am due to commence training as a Social Worker in January 2022.
As LGBTQ+ officer I want to ensure that everybody who belongs to our beautiful rainbow alphabet feels seen and heard, so please do email me with any suggestions about how we can give a voice to the Milton Keynes Labour Party members who identify as LGBTQ+. Every single suggestion is welcome, and I honestly can’t wait to hear from you.
